Spic and Span is a collection of inspirational short stories presented in novel form. It follows the walk of Daisy Torres, a young urban Latina, throughout a series of life altering experiences and typical milestones. The broad challenges faced by the main character are a series of colorful events that draw her closer to where she was always meant to be. Throughout her growth and contemplation of her life purpose,  she is often convicted by a voice within. The irony behind her dramatic dilemmas provides room for search, purification and self-discovery. What Daisy  was looking for had always been there, just waiting to be claimed.
